At Tashik Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page when applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
